Cancellation and Refund Policy

At rekabetli.com, operated by ELT Technologies LTD, we strive to ensure a fair, transparent, and reliable experience for both Students and Mentors. This policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations are processed and refunds are issued.

1. Student Cancellations & Refunds

• More than 24 hours notice: If a Student cancels a scheduled mentorship session more than 24 hours before the session’s start time without providing a reason, a refund is issued to their original payment method minus the payment processor (Stripe) commission.
• Less than 24 hours notice: If a Student cancels a session within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, or fails to attend the session (no-show), the session will be treated as completed. The Mentor will receive their designated payout, and no refund will be issued to the Student.

2. Mentor Cancellations & Platform Failure

• If a Mentor cancels a scheduled session at any time prior to the start, the Student will immediately receive a 100% refund.
• If a Mentor fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the Student must report the issue to the Platform support team within 24 hours. Following a brief investigation, if the Mentor’s absence is confirmed, a full refund will be issued to the Student, and the Mentor will receive no payout.

3. Dispute Resolution

If a Student is unsatisfied with the quality of a session, they must submit a dispute ticket to info@rekabetli.com within 24 hours of the session’s conclusion. ELT Technologies LTD reserves the right to review session logs and communication to make a final, binding decision regarding partial or full refunds.

4. Package Purchases

• For mentorship package purchases, Students may request a refund through the Platform within 14 days of payment.
• Approved package refunds are returned to the Student’s original payment method via Stripe; for no-reason cancellations, the payment processor commission is deducted from the refund amount. Package access is revoked and the corresponding sale is deducted from the Mentor’s wallet balance.
• Mentor payouts become withdrawable 14 days after the confirmed first meeting. The Student refund window remains 14 days from the payment date.

5. Processing of Refunds

Refunds are initiated immediately upon approval by the Platform. However, due to standard banking and card network protocols (via Stripe), it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refunded amount to appear on the Student’s bank or credit card statement.
